    The mechanical properties were tested at 600 °C. Compression testing and creep tests in compression were performed with 8 alloys with different concentrations of carbon. The quantities describing the deformation process (flow stress, activation energy, stress exponent) are related to the phase and dislocation structure observed after the deformation tests. The effect of the presence of Si on the appearing of Al4C3 was observed.

    Mechanické vlastnosti byly studovány při teplotě 600 °C. Zkoušky v jednoosém tlaku a creepové zkoušky byly provedeny na 8 slitinách s různým obsahem uhlíku. Veličiny popisující proces deformace (mez kluzu, aktivační energie, napěťový exponent) jsou vztaženy k fázové a dislokační struktuře pozorované po deformaci. Byl pozorován vliv křemíku na výskyt karbidu Al4C3.
