    We evaluated the growth and differentiation of endothelial cells on fibrin modified with collagen, fibronectin and laminin. Extracellular matrix proteins supported cell growth similarly to pure fibrin. All surfaces tested allowed endothelial cell differentiation

    Hodnotili jsme rust a diferenciaci endotelových bunek na fibrinu modifikovaném kolagenem, lamininem a fibrinem. Proteiny extracelulární matrix nezvýšili signifikantne růst buněk v porovnání s čistým fibrinem. Všechny testované povrchy umožnili výbornou diferenciaci endotelových buněk
