    In the frame of the research project dealing with the investigation of chemoprotective polyphenolic substances in wine, the disribution of resveratrol and piceid in the rachis, pedicels and berries of some vine varieties grown in South Moravia has been studied. Phenolic compounds were investigated in healthy material and material infected by Botrytis cinerea and further in material influenced by stress factors, e.g.

    Byly sledovány změny v obsahu resveratrolu a piceidu v některých odrůdách révy vinné na Jižní Moravě vlivem stresových faktorů. Stresové faktory: infekce Botrylis cinerea, UV záření, zálivka, kultivace ve skleníku atd.
