    Výsledky obvyklé metody stanovení hořkých kyselin ve chmelu a chmelových produktech (EBC 7.7) byly porovnány s výsledky získanými extrakcí stlačenými tekutinami (PSE) a byly diskutovány výhody PSE.

    The EBC method 7.7 (Analytica of the European Brewery Convention) currently used in analysis of bitter acids in hops and hop products was compared with a new extraction method based on pressurized fluid extraction (PFE).
