    A 200 kW, 28 GHz system for electron cyclotron heating (ECH) and electron Bernstein wave heating (EBWH) is being installed on NSTX. This system will provide on-axis second harmonic ECH/EBWH in NSTX. Sufficient power supply capability will be provided to provide up to 1 MW of gyrotron power for future proof-of-principle EBWH experiments on NSTX.

    Na NSTX se instaluje 200kW, 28GHz systém pro elektronový cyklotronní ohřev (ECH) a ohřev elektronovými Bernsteinovými vlnami (EBWH). Tento syst0m poskytuje ve středu zařízení ohřev na druhé harmonické. Dostatečná kapacita výkonu (1MW gyrotron) bude k dispozici k provedení proof-of-principle EBWH experimentu.
