Příspěvek se zabývá reurbanizace vnitřních měst, která je definovaná jako obnova architektonických a městotvorných funkcí. Ukazuje se, že pro residenční preference obyvatel hrají hlavní roli ekonomické a sociální faktory. Životní prostředí je při výběru rezinenčních okrsků doplňkový činitelem.

The paper discusses re-urbanization of inner cities which is defined as a renewal of architectonic and urban values. It shows that economic and social factors are decisive for residential preferences of inhabitants. The environment plays its role as a supporting decisive factor and within the operation and enhancement of residential districts.
