The influence of As addition to sulphide glasses on the measured electrical and dielectrical properties is reported. The tendency to crystallization and to phase separation of Ge–Ga–S glasses is decreased due to Ga replacement by As. The original net “ordering” is significantly changed by the addition a little amount of As (5 mol %) because there is formed partial glass netting by creation of covalent bonds among the molecular strings.
