The effect of band broadening on data obtained by size exclusion chromatography with multiple, viscometric, light scattering and concentration detection, is analyzed with respect to the determination of the number-, weight- and higher molecular-weight averages.

Je ukázán vliv axiální disperze (podélného rozmytí) na data získaná rozměrově-vylučovací chromatografií s vícenásobnou detekcí viskozity, rozptylu světla a koncentrace. Je ukázáno stanovení číselného středu molární hmotnosti kombinací dat připojeného viskozimetru a univerzální kalibrace a zároveň je ukázána velikost korekce dat na podélné rozmytí.
