Publikace sleduje genezi vzniku a aktivitu tvůrčí skupiny UB 12, která vystoupila na veřejnost výstavou v roce 1962; obšírně se zabývá tvorbou a životními příběhy jednotlivých členů skupiny. V závěru ji obohacuje dokumentární část, která zveřejňuje dobové texty vztahující se k činnosti a dílům umělců UB 12.

The study monitors the genesis of the creation and activities of the UB 12 group of artists, which first went public with an exhibition in 1962. In great detail, it deals with the work and biographies of the individual members of the group. At the end, it encloses a documentary part containing contemporary texts related to the activity and work of the UB 12 artists.
