The results obtained in this study support the idea to use the FISH whole chromosome painting as a sensitive biomarker to evaluate both occupational and environmental exposure to carcinogens. The studied populations were policemen from Prague and Kosice and bus drivers from Sophia.
Výsledky studie podporují názor, že metoda FISH s celochromosomovým barvením je citlivým biomarkerem pro hodnocení jak profesionální tak i environmentální expozice karcinogenům. Studovanými skupinami byli měsští strážníci z Prahy a Košic a řidiči autobusů ze Sofie.
