Confocal 3D images of thick sections of fresh and frozen needles were analyzed by Fakir method. The answer to the question in the title is positive, provided that only middle part of the section is analyzed

Konfokální 3D snímky řezů čerstvými a zmrazenými jehlicemi byly hodnoceny fakírskou sondou. Odpoveď na otázku v titulu je kladná, pokud se omezíme na střední část řezu
