The work describes characterization of glutamate carboxypeptidase III, the human homolog of glutamate carboxypeptidase II. A number of inhibitors were tested, enzyme substrate specifity was verified and a computer model of its structure was created.
Práce popisuje charakterizaci glutamátkarboxypeptidasy III, lidského homologu glutamátkarboxypeptidasy II. Byla otestována řada inhibitorů, ověřena substrátová specifita enzymu a vytvořen počítačový model jeho struktury.
