První příběh vypráví o tom, jak bleskové osvětlení, které použil fotograf, obsluha turbíny správně nepochopila a způsobila katastrofickou trhlinu přívodního potrubí. Druhý příběh popisuje, jak byly vyšetřovány opakované poruchy šroubů příruby turbinového hřídele.
In the first story, a flash light used by a photographer was erroneously considered as an electric short-circuit. The inadequate reaction of an operator led to a catastrophic failure of the pipe line. The second story depicts how the cause of periodically repeated failures of screws at the flange of the turbine shaft was investigated.
