Pro účely imunizace a detekce připravených protilátek byly konstruovány expresní plasmidy pARAP1(1190-1465), pDR6IC(373-655) a pIgDR6EC(1-112), byla ověřena exprese těchto rek. proteinů v E.coli - pARAP1(1190-1465), pDR6IC(373-655) a v HEK293FT - pIgDR6EC(1-112) a optimalizována jejich purifikace. Tyto rekombinantní proteiny jsou použitelné jak pro přípravu monoklonálních a polyklonálních protilátek tak i pro jejich detekci a další charakterizaci.

Recombinant expression plasmids pARAP1(1190-1465), pDR6IC(373-655) a pIgDR6EC(1-112) for the expression of parts of recombinant ARAP1 and DR6 proteins in E.coli or in HEK293 cells were constructed and expression and purification of the recombinant proteins tested and optimized. The recombinant proteins are useful for preparation of monoclonal and polyclonal antibodies and for their detection and characterization.
