The low-loss single-mode optical channel waveguides were fabricated by Ag+/Na+ and K+/Na+ thermal exchanges. The net-on chip gain was measured on these samples and comparison of the measured and simulated results was done.
Byly vyrobeny nízkoztrátové jednovidové kanálkové vlnovody pomocí iontové výměny Ag+/Na+ and K+/Na+. Na těchto vzorcích byl naměřen čistý zisk a provedeno srovnání naměřených dat s výsledky simlulace.
