The mass spectoemtry could be helpfull in fungal infections diagnostics because e.g. Pseudallescheria boydii produces specific cyclic peptide (m/z 740). This peptide is easy to detect by mass spectrometer. This non ribosomal cyclic peptides could be promissing markers of fungal infections
Hmotnostní spektrometrie může být užitečným nástrojem v diagnostice fungálních infekcí. Například Pseudallescheria boydii produkuje specifický cyclický peptid (m/z 740). Ten je poměrně dobře stanovitelný hmotnostní spektrometrem a neribosomální cyclické peptidy jsou slibnými markery fungálních infekcí
