The work consisted in isolation of fungal secondary metabolite, its purification by means of liquid chromatography, and structure determination by mass spectrometry and nulear magnetic resonance. Práce se týká izolace a purifikace fugálního sekundárního metabolitu pomocí kapalinové chromatografie a určení jeho struktury pomocí hmotové spektrometrie a nukleární magnetické rezonance. Díky jeho vysoké stabilitě bude zmíněný cyklický peptid testován zda by nemohl sloužit jako biomarker fugální infekce
