Text vychází ze sociologického šetření Kvalita analyzuje pracovní spokojenost v české společnosti. Podrobně si všímá aspektů práce, se kterými respondenti nejčastěji vyjadřují spokojenost či nespokojenost. Text dále analyzuje rozdíly v důležitosti jednotlivých aspektů práce a spokojeností ekonomicky aktivních s nimi.

The text is based on the results of sociological survey The Quality of Working Life 2005 and it analyzes job satisfaction in the Czech society. It describes the aspects of working life with which was respondents mostly satisfied and dissatisfied. Text also describes differences in importance of different aspects of working life and satisfaction with these aspects.
