We have proposed sensors for enzyme-linked DNA hybridization utilizing screen-printed carbon electrodes (SPCE). Two methods for the detection of DNA hybridization were compared - single-surface and double-surface detection. Oligonucleotides as well as PCR-amplified genomic DNA sequences were utilized as the tDNAs. A good discrimination between the target and nonspecific DNAs was achieved.

Navrhli jsme senzory pro hybridizaci DNA s enzymem značenou sondou využívající uhlíkových tištěných elektrod (SPCE). Byly porovnány dvě metody detekce hybridizace DNA - jednopovrchová a dvoupovrchová. Jako cílové DNA byly detekovány oligonukleotidy a genová DNA amplifikovaná PCR reakcí. Bylo dosaženo dobrého rozlišení mezi cílovou a nespecifickou DNA.
