The article summarizes the methods used for preparation of hydrotalcite-like compounds including methods proposed for industrial use. Chemical composition of hydrotalcite-like compounds, their thermal decomposition and following formation of oxide phases are discussed. The application of hydrotalcite-like compounds, especially in separation processes, polymer processing, and heterogeneous catalysis, is also presented in the article.
Jsou shrnuty metody přípravy sloučenin typu hydrotalcitu včetně metod vhodných pro průmyslové využití. Je diskutováno chemické složení hydrotalcitů, jejich tepelný rozklad a následná tvorba oxidických fází. Aplikace hydrotalcitů, zejména v separačních procesech, při výrobě polymerů a heterogenních katalyzátorů je rovněž presentováno.
