Nanokomposites Ga2-xFexO3/SiO2 (x = 0 a 0,5) were prepared by new sol-gel method,using complex molecule of M(III) cation ( M = Fe, Ga ) and organic molekule H2L bearing two trimethoxysilyl gruops. Nanocomposite results from powder TEM, XRD and Moessbauer spectroscopy and magnetic measurements.
Práce se zabývá přípravou Ga2-xFexO3/SiO2 (x = 0 a 0,5) metodou sol-gel, přičemž jako výchozí materiál byly použity silylované cheláty Fe3+ a Ga3+. Vzorky byly charakterizovány TEM, XRD, Moessbauerovou spektroskopií a magnetickými měřeními.
