X-ray powder microdiffraction is a new laboratory technique, quickly developing in last three years, and becoming available mainly due to hardware development of conventional powder diffractometers. The method was applied in forensic science and for the analysis of colour layers of art works

Prášková RTG mikrodifrakce je nová laboratorní metoda, jejíž rozvoj v posledních třech letech byl umožněn zejména díky dostupnosti hardwaru vyvinutého jako rozšíření běžných práškových difraktometrů. Tato metoda byla použita ve forenzní oblasti a k analýze barevných vrstev malířských děl.
