Higher pressure of the water vapour creates optimum condition for the detection of SE by the secondary electron detector (SED) and ensures hydration of the water containing samples in the environmental scanning electron microscope.
Vyšší tlak vodních par vytváří optimální podmínky pro detekci SE pomocí detektoru sekundárních elektronů a zajišťuje hydrataci vzorků obsahujících vodu v EREM.
