Studie pojednává o volně žijících hlísticích (Nematoda) na území České republiky a jejich citlivosti na narušení ekosystémů. Tato skupina živočichů je dosud málo prozkoumána a podrobnější zhodnocení jejich ohrožení je obtížné. Z celkem 501 druhů jich 45 bylo zařazeno do kategorie "zranitelný", které mohou indikovat malý stupeň narušení stanoviště nebo jeho výjimečnost z hlediska složení půdní a sladkovodní fauny.

The study deals with free-living nematodes (Nematoda) on the territory of the Czech Republic and their sensitivity to the disturbance of ecosystems. This group of animals is still little known and detailed evaluation of their threatening is difficult. Of the total 501 species 45 were included into the category „vulnerable“, which can indicate a low degree of the damage to the habitat or its exclusive nature from the standpoint of the soil and fresh water fauna.
