    Hyperthermia is an efficient antitumor therapeutic tool. Confocal microscopy can help to study the in vivo changes produced by this treatment. The immune response induced by the heat damage on cancer tissues may be correlated to the changes in tissue architecture and vessels. Our study on experimental tumors in vivo, try to assess new parameters for patient-tailored treatments

    Hypertermie (HT) je úspěšně využívána v protinádorové terapii. In vivo změny po HT byly sledovány v nádorové a zdravé tkáni pomocí konfokální mikroskopie. Tato práce je zaměřena na optimalizaci parametrů HT pro využití v klinice
