Obsahem příspěvku byla prezentace postojů české veřejnosti zejména k problematice „dvojích cen“ nájemného, deregulace nájemného a nástrojů bytové politiky k odstranění nežádoucích sociálních dopadů deregulace nájemného.
The presentation was focused on attitudes towards rent setting in the Czech Republic, rent deregulation and housing policy instruments aiming to reduce potential negative impacts of the rent deregulation.
