The influence of thermally split hyaluronan of different molecular weights and short chain fatty acid n-butyrate on cell adhesion and proliferation of adenocarcinoma cell lines HT29 and CaCo2 was studied. Only proliferation of HT29 was suppressed by thermally split hyaluronan.
Byl studován vliv termálně rozděleného hyaluronanu o různé molekulové hmotnosti a krátkého řetězce mastné kyseliny n-butyrátu na buněčnou adhezi a proliferaci buněčných linií adenokarcinomu tlustého střeva CaCo2 a HT29. Buněčná proliferace termálně rozděleným hyaluronanem byla potlačena pouze u buněčné linie HT29.
