The article describes research development and DNA sensor technologies directed to the hybridization process particularly regarding genetic diagnosis, drug screening, effects of risk chemicals as well as the protection of DNA biopolymer structure by antioxidants under conditions of the oxidative stress. Examples of the application of these devices in medicine, environmental testing and other areas are reviewed and future prospects are discussed.
V práci je popsán výzkum a vývoj technologií vztahujících se k sensoru hybridizace DNA, zejména týkajících se genetické diagnózy, stanovení léčiv, efektů rizikových chemikálií i protekce biopolymerní struktury DNA v podmínkách oxidativního stresu. Jsou diskutovány příklady aplikace těchto zařízení v lékařství, monitorování životního prostředí a dalších oblastech, s výhledem do budoucnosti.
