In comparison of anticonvulsant effect of two different non-competitive NMDA receptor antagonists in immature rats we have found, that memantinve exhibited anticonvulsant action whereas ifenprodil mostly potentiated cortical epileptic afterdischarges in immature rats
Při srovnání antikonvulzivního účinku dvou nekompetitivních antagonistů NMDA receptorů u mláďat potkana jsme došli k závěru, že memantin projevil antikonvulzivní účinnost, zatímco ifenprodil potencioval korové následné výboje
