A package of small programs to calculate P values for tests of phylogenies was ported to the Plan 9 OS from Bell Labs (Lucent). It uses output from other phylogeny programs (in particular it can use output from PAUP, PAML, and MOLPHY) which makes available to it the sitewise log-likelihoods for some trees and the trees themselves. It uses these to carry out the Kishino-Hasegawa test, the Shimodaira-Hasegawa test, a weighted version of the SH test, and a new "approximately unbiased" test of Shimodaira's.

Balík menších programů pro výpočet P-hodnot testů fylogenetických hypotéz byl portován pod operační systém Plan 9. Tyto programy využívají výstupů jiných programů (PAUP, PAML, MOLPHY...) pro výpočet testovacích hodnot několika fylogenetických testzů (Kishino-Hasegawa , Shimodaira-Hasegawa , vážený SH test, a nový „přibližně nezatížený Shimodairů§v test).
