Soubor překladů šesti studií Jarmily Veltruské, nejvýznamnější současné české odbornice na starší české divadlo. Její práce z 80. a 90. let 20. století seznamují seznamují světovou badatelskou obec s významnými památkami české kultury, zejména středověké (Mastičkář, dvojjazyčné česko-latinské Hry tří Marií aj.), ale i pozdější (dramatické texty J. A. Komenského).

The collection of studies of Jarmila Veltruská, the most important contemporary foreign expert in the old Czech drama. Her works from the eighties et neinties of the 20th century inform world´s scholars with prominent monuments of the Czech culture, especially with those from Middle Ages (Unguentarius, bilingual Czech-Latin Dramas of three Maries etc.), but also with posterior ones (dramatic texts of J.A. Comenius).
