    Thapsigargin in a dual mode modulates secretion of various cytokines and chemokines, as well as production of nitric oxide by mouse macrophages stimulated with lipopolysaccharide and interferon-gamma.

    Modulace intracelulárního Ca2+ thapsigarginem vede ke změnám v sekreci různých cytokinů a chemokinů, a rovněž ke změnám v produkci oxidu dusnatého u myších mikrofágů, aktivovaných lipopolysacharidem a interferonem-gamma.
