The single-yoke measuring technique is proposed to be optimized by extrapolation of a magnetic field profile to the samples surface for determination of the real field inside the sample. This approach give reasonable values of magnetic parameters and solved the lift-off problem.

Bylo navrženo optimalizovat magnetické měření přiložením jha pomocí extrapolace profilu magnetického pole nad testovaným vzorkem pro určení skutečného vnitřního pole ve vzorku. Tato metoda poskytuje rozumné hodnoty magnetických parametrů a řeší problémy nezajištěného kontaktu mezi vzorkem a jhem.
