Steady-state levels of AHP transcripts were quantified by real-time RT-PCR in individual organs and seedlings with increased cytokinin levels caused by ipt expression. Dynamics of cytokinin pool upon ipt activation was analyzed using LC-MS/MS.
Metodou RT-PCR s detekcí v reálném čase byly kvantifikovány hladiny transkriptů AHP genů v jednotlivých orgánech a semenáčcích se zvýšenými hladinami cytokininů, které byly vyvolány expresí ipt. Metodou LC-MS/MS byla analyzována dynamika poolu cytokininů po indukci ipt.
