Chalcogenide glass systems GeSe and GeSeTe and those doped with Er and Pr have been prepared and characterised by absorption spectroscopy, low-temperature photoluminescence and by electrical measurements. The temperature dependence of dc electrical conductivity exhibits Arrhenius plots characterised by activation energies corresponding to deep levels or to the optical gap. For temperatures exceeding 200 K could be observed simultaneously luminescence transitions from localized and extended states.
Byly připraveny chalkogenidové skelné systémy GeSe a GeSeTe, jak základní tak dotované Er a Pr. Elektro-optické vlastnosti připravených skel byly vyšetřovány pomocí absorpční a fotoluminiscenční spektroskopie spolu s měřením teplotních závislostí stejnosměrné elektrické vodivosti. Aktivační energie určené z Arrheniových závislostí dobře korespondují s pozorovanými luminiscenčními přechody z lokalizovaných a nelokalizovaných stavů, pozorovanýchsumultáně pro teploty nad 200 K.
