Various conjugates of doxorubicin bound via hydrolytically degradable hydrazone bond to N-(2-hydroxypropyl)methacrylamide copolymer were synthesized. The copolymers contained positively or negatively charged groups or a hydrophobic substituent. The presence of the groups influenced the drug release rates and anti-tumour activity of the conjugates in vivo.
Přítomnost těchto skupin ovlivňovala rychlost uvolňování léčiva a protinádorovou aktivitu konjugátů in vivo.
