6-(Difluoromethyl)purine bases and nucleosides were prepared by oxidation and deoxofluorination of 6-(hydroxymethyl)purines. Ribonucleoside exerts strong cytostatic effect.
6-(Difluoromethyl)purinové báze a nukleosidy byly připraveny oxidací a deoxofluorací 6-(hydroxymethyl)purinů. Ribonukleosid vykazuje cytostatický účinek.
