    The regular obstacle array of the Mock Urban Setting Test (MUST) fiedl site in the Utah West Desert (USA) has been replicated in the large boundary layer wind tunnel at University of Hamburg. The trials run during the field campaign were repeated in the wind tunnel as well as additional measurements of flow.The strong flow inhomogeneities were observed on the vertical profiles of shear stress as well as on the horizontal mean flow for different array orientation.

    Ve velkém aerodynamickém tunelu hamburské university, ve kterém je možno modelovat atmosferickou mezní vrstvu, byl zopakován polní experiment MUST (Mock Urban Setting Test), který proběhl v září 2001 v Západní Poušti, Utah, USA. Experimenty provedené in-situ byly nejenom zopakovány, ale i systematicky rozšířeny o promáčení polí rychlosti proudění. Velké nehomogenity v poli proudění byly nalezeny jek ve vertikálních profilech, tak v horizontálních řezech pro různé směry větru.
