The results of experimental measurements and theoretical calculations of radiation damage have been preented for two studied DNA-protein complexes: i) lac operator - lac repressor and ii) DNA bearing abasic site analog - Fpg protein.
Výsledky experimentálních měření a teoretických výpočtů radiačního poškození byly prezentovány pro dva studované komplexy DNA s proteiny: i) lac operator - lac represor a ii) DNA nesoucí analog abasického místa - protein Fpg.
