Teachers´competence in creating a challenging climate in mathematics lessons positively influences the quality of pupils´mathematical knowledge. Teachers´competence is a a structure that consists a.o. of subject-didactic and pedagogical knowledge. In this contribution we are introducing our experience from inservice courses for primary school teachers based on collective reflection of videotaped teaching/learning episodes.

Kompetence učitelů vytvářet vhodné klima ve vyučování matematice pozitivně ovlivňuje kvalitu znalostí žáků. Učitelova kompetence je struktura, která sestává mimo jiné z oborově-didaktických a pedagogických znalostí. V příspěvku jsou uvedeny zkušenosti z kurzů pro učitele-elementaristy působící v praxi, jejichž základem jsou kolektivní reflexe videozáznamů vyučovacích epizod.
