Prášková RTG mikrodifrakce je nová laboratorní metoda, jejíž rozvoj v posledních třech letech byl umožněn zejména díky dostupnosti hardwaru vyvinutého jako rozšíření běžných práškových difraktometrů. Tato metoda byla testována na dvou různých typem přístrojů ke zjištění vlivu velikosti částic na kvlaitu difraktogramu.
X-ray powder microdiffraction is a new laboratory technique, quickly developing in last three years, and becoming available mainly due to hardware development of conventional powder diffractometers. The method was tested on two different types of equipments with the aim to investigate the influence of diffrent granularity to the diffraction pattern quality.
