    A hydrodynamic study has been carried out of the two phase counter-current gas-liquid flow in packed bed column operated in the proximity of the flooding point under periodically oscillating inlet velocity of glas or liquid. The experiment were aimed at studying the transient development of the pressure profiles and the liquid holdup under forced periodic flow. The goal of study is to enhance theoretical undertanding of the flow phenomena in region of strong gas-liquid flow interactions and to provide insight into possible utilization of these regimes in industrial practice.

    Hydrodynamická experimentální studie chování protiproudé náplňové kolony v blízkosti zahlcení za podmínek periodicky proměnného průtoku fází. Cílem studie bylo ověření možnosti využití těchto režimů v průmyslové praxi.
