It is known, that many species of microscopic fungi facilitate human mycoses (skin and systemic infections). We suppose that cyclic peptides and depsipeptides produced by fungal strains could participate in the pathogenesis.
Je známo, že některé druhy mikroskopických plísní způsobují kožní mykozy (kožní nebo systémové infekce). Předpokládáme, že cyklické peptidy a depsipeptidy, produkované plísněmi, se mohou podílet na procesu patogeneze.
