The results of three years of field experiments with transgenic potato clones resistant to Potato virus Y are presented. The paper discusses why so far little use has been made of transgenic approaches for the induction of virus resistance.
Jsou prezentovány výsledky tříletých polních pokusů s transgenními brambory rezistentními k viru Y bramboru. V článku je pak diskutováno, proč byl prozatím tak málo využíván k indukci rezistence k virům transgenní přístup.
