    We have tested two types of HPMA-based polymeric prodrugs containing doxorubicin, one with proteolitically and the other with hydrolitically cleavable spacers. We have found significant difference in the uptake, internalization and mediation of cell death of the tested conjugates

    Testovali jsme dva typy polymerních proléčiv obsahujících doxorubicin založených na HPMA, jedny s proteolyticky a druhé s hydrolyticky štěpitelnými spojkami. Zjistili jsme výrazné rozdíly ve vstupu konjugátů do buňky, v jejich internalizaci a ve způsobu zprostředkování buněčné smrti
