HIV-positive patients treated with protease inhibitors were followed for a long period of time. The sequences of the viral protease coding region were determined and the mutations correlated with the treatment and disease progression.
HIV-positivní pacienti léčení inhibitory proteasy byly lsledováni po delší dobu. Byla určena sekvence viru kódující proteasu a mutace byly korelovány s postupem léčby a vývojem choroby.
