Chlorosulfonated polypropylene was prepared by reaction of polypropylene powder with sulfuryl chloride. Then it was applied as a coupling agent in melt-intercalated polypropylene nanocomposites. The effect of degree of fuctionalization on clay delamination and resulting mechanical properties was described.

Chlorosulfonovaný polypropylen, připravený reakcí práškového polypropylenu se sulfurylchloridem, byl použit jako kompatibilizátor pro přípravu polypropylenových nanomkompozitů mísením v tavenině. Byl popsán vliv stupně funkcionalizace na strukturu nanokompozitu a jeho výsledné mechanické vlastnosti.
