A 3 to 10 pH range mixture of carrier ampholytes has been fractionated by preparative isoelectric focusing into 25 fractions, which were used as low-conductivity buffers for capillary electrophoresis of proteins.
Směs nosných amfolytů (rozsah pH 3-10) byla separována preparativní izoelektrickou fokusací do 25 frakcí, které byly využity jako nízkovodivé pufry pro kapilární elektroforézu bílkovin.
