Syntheses of title haptens represented by corresponding 19-(O-carboxymethyl)-oximes were developed. The haptens will serve as a base for the completing of RIA kits, which will enable routine monitoring of parent steroids in body fluids and consequently broadening of our knowledge about these neuroactive steroids.

Byly vypracovány syntézy titulních haptenů, představovaných příslušnými 19-(O-karboxymethyl)-oximy. Hapteny budou sloužit jako základ pro sestavení RIA kitů pro rutinní monitorování matečných steroidů v tělních tekutinách. Výsledky pomohou rozšířit naše znalosti o těchto neuroaktivních steroidech.
