A simple on-column injection procedure for large volume of liquid samples for the GC-MS determination of traces of PAHs and PCBs in environmental samples (soils) has been optimized. Detection limits were 5-50 ng L-1 of PAHs and 11-44 ng L-1 of PCBs in hexane solution.
Jednoduchý postup pro dávkování velkých objemů kapaliny na kolonu při GC-MS stanovení stopových koncentrací PAHs a PCBs ve vzorcích životního prostředí (půdy) byl optimalizován. Detekční limity byly 5-50 ng L-1 pro PAHs a 11-44 ng L-1 pro PCBs vhexanu.
